EducationI'm a current MS1 at Michigan State College of Human Medicine and a UM graduate with chemistry courses through 515, math through Differential Equations, and physics courses through 390 (plus informal reading through Griffiths Electrodynamics and currently working on Shankars Quantum Mechanics), I also took the first available 2015 MCAT on April 17th and scored in the 100th percentile with a 523.
I have a passion for these subjects and firmly believe I can help other students get a similar vision for the material. All of these subjects are much easier when dealt with conceptually as opposed to rote memorization-- it requires only a couple leaps in understanding to excel, not hours of memorization.

I was nervous over an upcoming exam in Calc III and Ben agreed to tutor me. He really helped me visualize the problems better and create a framework to tackle the most common problems on the exam; he was very familiar with the Calc III course offered at UofM and I found that tremendously helpful. I would recommend his services to anyone looking to ace Calc III (at any university).
With my recent consideration of Med School, Ben tremendously helped me with advising me through the initial steps of the MCAT. Knowing that the Verbal Reasoning portion of the MCAT could potentially be my downfall, Ben tutored me through some example questions and taught me some tricks that I could use to my advantage along the way. He was very clear and patient with me throughout the entire session.
Ben was a really great tutor, and really helped me to visualize my work. I did very well in orgo and I really recommend him.
