| Experience: | I have an ample amount of experience in tutoring as well as mentoring. For the past three years I have been involved in a mentoring program with middle school students from Detroit. I have also participated in the Reading Literacy program on campus, tutoring elementary school children in reading. I have also tutored college students in various subjects with special emphasis on writing and history.
My career goals include writing educational policy, so education is something that is very close to my heart. I have worked on several research projects involving educational issues, and have presented at several conferences in this field as well. |
